Applied: August 2nd
First Rejection: Oct 7th
Back on Portal/Unrejected: Oct 7th
Hit 90 day mark: Nov 1st
Emailed About Initial Rejection: Nov 2nd
Rejection: Nov 3rd

Turns out the initial rejection was right and their backend showed the app as being rejected but the portal was messed up so they just manually updated it
