It seems like the process is the same as US, I got karat -> recruiter call -> 3hr VO w/ the decomp+learning stuff -> seems like theres another manager call + however many extra rounds they want to add if they want more info

I withdrew bf my VO bc I got another offer and this one doesn't have a clear start date tho
