Tbh that’s smart since idt ppl are gonna return to an early stage startup otherwise
It’s less likely for a fresh/soph to return as a full time compared to a junior, that’s probability
And not everyone is swimming in offers, also some prefer startup work over boring mid size company
Just providing reasons why they only take juniors
