Hi,
Here are my two cents on this design. Avoid using italics font style for the field labels. Try having a slight variation in the font size for the field labels and error messages. Again, I feel like the word confirm should be a tad bit bigger as it is a CTA.
Coming to the spacing now, spacings on the login pages seems ok but the sign up page seems very cramped as there more fields. You may want to try a slightly different layout for this page. Also in the login page the spacing between "USERNAME" and the field box below it is more than the spacing between"PASSWORD" and the field box below it. Hope it helps. Good luck!
call to action button should stand out more than background and validation errors
padding between text and input fields needs work, generally more space
I would put the background shape to 20% opacity and consider optimizing it more depending on the purpose behind that shape
for a simple form like this I would put the label description as placeholder text inside UI element imo and take away bold for terms of use label
overall its not bad and the elements have good size
