I don't think you're understanding.
Business or not you're approaching skilled people with years of experience with only 5 Euros. You should try Fiverr. They appreciate working for that cheap.

I understand perfectly. I’ve already had 4 people reach out who are interested. But thanks nonetheless. For some people an opportunity such as this is a great way of entering a new ‘place’ whilst developing their own portfolio. If you’re not interested in a job, just move on to the next, rather than making assumptions of the circumstance of the opportunity and others interest in getting involved.
I’m already working with multiple people within this server who are genuinely interested in the project. As a freelance web developer & graphic artist myself, I’ve used Fiverr before.

I think you're missing the point.
Even if you posted the job for $1 somebody would have reached out because your method of labor requires exploitation of people from other countries who would value that amount of income.
I'm not interested in your background or your skill set just understand that respect goes both ways.
