Personally I recommend staying away from Wix and Editor X as it seemed like they hadnt made it mobile responsive yet but idk if thats changed yet

To me it depends on what kind of portfolio you are trying to create. Research I would pick the easiest to use for you and the user. I would not pick one to learn coding if you don't have any experience as that would make it take a long time and won't come out the same way as you want it to.
