Hello everyone, I'm a ux designer actively interviewing and refining my portfolio. My website is https://ronatwork.com
I'd appreciate 5-10 minutes of your time with my website/case studies for feedback on these points:

  1. What level do you think this person is at?
  2. What’s strongest?
  3. What’s the weakest part, and how would you clarify it?

Any other feedback is also appreciated!

Thank you !

Portfolio site of Ron Ang, UX/UI designer. 5+ years of experience crafting intuitive, data-driven applications that simplify complex information.

hey saw your site

#

it is very information heavy..

#

you should try making it more visual heavy, and simplify things.. yes its nice to show the process but it is also necessary to make sure the viewer/interviewer can follow through while reading stuff

#

they may just run their eyes while looking at your work

#

what changes you can do imo.. first changing font.. very hard to read through this whole thing in this fonts

#

second.. working on hierarchy

#

third.. using info. very aptly.. only enough to give them some context.. you dont need to explain every frame in so detail

#

whatsthe strongest.. you have experience.. a googd amount of expereience and how you have added you learnings too.. leverage on these two things and improve other things asw

Macdonalds? Replace this with McDonalds. Personally, small errors like this can lower professionalism quickly — especially if it's for a brand at that size. Also, present this higher in your portfolio even if you can't dive into details. But... "These case studies are confidential. I'm happy to present the work privately if needed." NDAs are signed to not be discussed. This line is instantly breaking any trust. You basically said I know I shouldn't but I will break my contract if you just ask. This even questions the legitimacy of the case.

Also for a quick look at you're site, I wasn't sure what you actually do. Crank that UI/UX Design way up in your main header.
