The colors are on point and the choice of font style is really nice
Improvement:
Instead of having a stick man, why not experiment with a silhouette of children's hands as the icon and underneath you can place the text "Children Therapy Center"
Need to work on the spacing and apply some tracking
The blue background is not working for me so might to rethink about

Im glad you made your own design which is how is suppose to be
I would say go with a color that pairs well with the yellow/ pinkish red so maybe you can go with something on the neutral side?
