Oh yes of course! I have an entire list for Junior/Entry.
They kind of branched out to junior-mid nowadays but you can still find some internships/entry level.

If I am gonna be honest, a lot of junior/entry jobs are found locally. I am a career service for Designlab and a lot of my students have found their entry/junior level job locally to them. Almost all my students have found their jobs locally.

It's hard to find remote work due to the high demand and people outsourcing designers for a quick buck. Just my two cents, it isn't impossible, but local is probably best.
