I'm not sure but I feel like culture is playing a big role in your design. I have personally not seen any designs recently that look like yours. I like them a lot if you're going for online ads.
I am not sure what the third one is an ad for so I am a little confused by the floating zeros. I feel like they take the attention away from the text in the ad itself.
The second one is my favorite!
