Hi! The short answer is no, but also yes.
No, because your technique is still naive, unbalanced, and wasteful. You need to work on understanding form better, grasping light in three dimensions, and most specific to pixel art: reducing your palette. No dev studio would bring you on based on this and your other works, despite the progress shown between the pieces. You still have a ways to go.
That said, yes, why not! You can always try giving/selling asset packs on itch.io and other asset sites. Even if no one uses them, it'll give you domain practice and a better understanding of how pixel art is used.
Here's an example of just a colour edit, then a complete redo. You had like 40 colours that were essentially the same shade of purple. I reduced that to (still a fairly large) 13-ish colours for the second sprite. Then I redid the whole portrait on the third and picked entirely new colours, but still came in at 21 unique colours.
