are you looking for feedback for aesthetics only or also need an opinion on UX because I have some insights.
Regarding visuals, I would reconsider the font you use in buttons and cards. It's more a display font that's used for big texts like headlines. When used in smaller sizes the readability decreases a lot.
Next, about the form - the standard practice for better UX is to put labels above the fields.
Otherwise, the website looks nice!
