For example I made the first two lines larger.. what other layout tips can i do to the type in the middle to make it more interest to the eye ?

Hmm you could maybe apply bullet points like you did on the right so it will be easier to read. Right now it's just a bunch of text.

Or if that doesn't work maybe highlight keywords in the same yellow/gold color as the title on the right
