I feel like this may be beneficial if there were some kind of grouping, i.e. student-related, school-related, software.. would be easier to scan.
To give more consistency, i'd use outline also for softwares (Office, Fusion..).
Last thing, is it a choice to isolate the last item on a separate row? If it's just because they're 25 items, i'd go for a 5x5 grid. Otherwise you can move something less used at the end, like the youtube channel, but I'd avoid to have one single element alone at the end.
