Hey Dylan, I had a look at your resume, you got some good stuff to work with, some improvement will get this to a really good place!

  • I like the two columns layout, I also do the same thing, I would suggest to have the right column to be smaller (about 1/3 of the page) most things on that side is not for viewing it’s for ATS scanning and most recruiter won’t read them, the focus should be on your experience and project

  • I suggest to have “product designer” be behind your name, stronger association and larger text, right now that area (your name, title, and personal info) is very clutter and hard to read.

  • Your bullet points for each job is very generic, it tells viewers what they expect from a product designer, but not what you do exceptionally well at. You have number values but how that connects to that result is not clear, look up some resume writing articles to see what’s a strong sentence structure. I wanted to share the one I used but the site is currently down

You have a really strong starting point, keep going!

Hi Dylan, yeah I agree with Lilith. You have an impressive work record, but the standards for resumes have changed to something rather ridiculous.
You are expected to lead with strong action verbs (less "collaborated", and more "spearheaded, led"), and describe what you achieved for the company, not so much what you did day to day on the job. There are good free AI resume builders and checkers that can help you get there.
