Great image concept. However, there are too many competing colours. My advise will be for you to use one colour and not in its solid form. Also there's too much going on in the hero section. You should have a second frame for the lipsticks instead of putting them in hero section. Also there's no call to action button.
Maybe try the standard layout by pushing the image to the right and having your text on the left with your CTA

The navbar looks good. I also think the lipstick shouldn't be in the hero section. It's overwhelming. I love love love the image and the color gradient.
