I personally like 3 & 5 best.
1 reminds me of my geometry class.
2 doesn't feel appropriate for the goal of the company. I can't associate it with telecommunications. I see that there's some interconnectivity within it but I don't like the outer rectangle.
3 I like but it also feels very convoluted. Way too many circles I feel. Maybe try taking one out and thickening up one of the circles. Maybe play with the lengths of the radio waves as well. Overall, I think compared to the rest - this one is nice.
4 Yeah, giving very much Target.
5 I like 5 the best out of the rest because it's enclosed - emphasizing the internet interconnectivity. I like how there's breathing space for the dots. I think there's a nice mix of structure with the stacked servers and a subtle soft contrast with the rounded bottom representing earth. I think you can have fun playing with various line weights, especially by the ends of the circles where they connect. Just an idea.
6 I just personally don't really like. The inner circles are small and cramped. Maybe try to take out the inner circle and see how that looks.
