Do you feel like the form fields are useful to you as a job poster and job seeker? Would you like to see more or less customization? Any other feedback?
as a job seeker, its good, clean and gets the job done
Thanks!
Agreed, this is so much better!
This is really great 👍
Love it much much better! Easy to use, less clutter
I love it! it’s scannable 🙂
I love it. It forces people to be more intentional when posting an opportunity.
Though some people are still trying to find ways of skirting around the ‘compensation’ part - I think it’s done wonders to make people think twice about posting non-paid opportunities in a channel dedicated to “paid opportunities” .
I like this clean - straight forward format.

This idea is genius !
its much more organized and succinct
I find it to be simple and straight to the point. No long details or steps
I didn't experience how this channel was before, but the form has been simple to use and it seems like the change was much needed. 🙂
I think the person who posted in #💠professionals-hangout was looking for a way to share a URL to a job posting but didn't want to write out its details. To @onyx badger 's point, I think being intentional is important; taking the time to create and fill these forms are what's creating value for others. That said, I don't think it was obvious for them to post the link in the Freeflow form's description field. Maybe this could be clarified somehow, e.g. create a field for URLs (or other information)?
On Pallet, I like being able to filter for jobs, but is a little annoying that when you click on a post and use the back/return arrow, it clears your filter settings (workaround: apply your filter settings and open each link in a new tab). For future state, maybe this channel could be integrated with forums like the Critique channels so there's filtering for those posted in Discord? Just a thought.
Overall A+!
Thank you!! The goal of this new format is to help prevent spam 🙂
