Hi Jitendra, what is your goal for this particular case study?
Are you aiming to get hired for UI or UX jobs?
If it's for UI, then your case study does a decent job of showcasing your skills
But if you're aiming for UX, then this case study is a no-go because:
-no problem statement: What problem are you trying to solve for Help Lama? Are they losing customers because their users have a hard time navigating the website?
-no research, no insights: Without research, a hiring manager would think that you're just designing to make things pretty, rather than solving a real business problem for your client
-no KPIs: This is related to the previous point about having no research. When you can't demonstrate any KPIs from your redesign e.g. My redesign helped improve customer satisfaction by X% and reduced user churn by Y%, it reinforces the perception that your work doesn't do anything meaningful for the client, other than making things look prettier
