Hi! So this is pretty much my first ever design. This was done as a quickie assignment for school.
The prompt was "Valentine's day gifts often miss the mark, design a digital product to help alleviate this problem."
So after doing some rapid interviews with 4 different people, I came up with this idea that you and your partner use this app I call "Cupid's Little Helper" to decide on a theme for gift giving for Valentine's Day. That way there is some communication on what to expect, but still a little element of surprise.
Both partners would need to download the app on their phone.
Also just a side note, I'm not sure how to get a functioning keyboard working on Figma, any input on that would be helpful.

  1. outlined fonts with calligraphic flourishes are hard to read, please switch to a more readable font in solid colors e.g. Roboto, Open Sans etc

  1. couldn't tell that the icons surrounding the main picture were clickable
    for better feedback, you should design them as buttons instead
