I always find that presentation decks over zoom or microsoft teams allows you to explain your ideas better and supports feedback more easily. I'm not sure if you're on TikTok or not but I found this freelancer's approach pretty effective: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRnYL1XS/

Even though she's a graphic designer, I still think her approach is still applicable to other design fields like UX as well.
