Hi, I'm getting black border error messages even though my screen size is already set to 100% in my switch. How do I resolve this?

Which program are you running and where are you starting it? The black border check should occur on the switch home screen.

I'm running the gift reset and I started the program at the load save screen.

I seem to have gotten it to run without getting the black border errors by resetting my switch?

Start gift reset in front of the target Pokémon while you are in-game

Start in game and not from the switch home as well
