I just want to check that there is no issue currently with the Shiny Regi program. The amount of encounters I have done for this is crazy and without just watching the screen all the time to see if a shiny does appear there is no way for me to tell if it is broken or I have some serious bad luck right now.
I have it to set any shiny btw so this is 24k encounters with nothing.

The rule of thumb here is you only have to start worrying when you are 10x the "odds" so in this case that would be 41960

Past totals + you need to catch the other regies to even enter regielekis chamber
Hence why i asked if it was just the 6k or if they did all the other 18k on regileki as well

I'm not sure how I'd hack this. I don't see the event flag in PkHeX. So it would need to be done manually in the Block Data.

“Very strong looking” means you don’t have enough badges. The game will not let you catch.
But you cannot enter that temple without having caught the other 3. You cannot import them from another game since the game checks if you actually caught your 3.
Since all the Regis are level 70, the screenshot there is impossible.

Actually I wonder if this is a simple warp hack. Use PkHex to change your location. So you teleport into the temple.

To be honest I can't even remember if I did catch the other 3. It's been a good while since I set this up but I am guessing based on the above that I have not caught them 😅
I mean I better go sort it out so I can actually catch it but does not catching the other 3 actually effect the possibility to be shiny?
Definitely didn't warp in though, if I did something it was to just open the door. May have set the event flags for the other 3 regi.
Ok I looked further into this and now realise where I have made the mistake. Where that over levelled pokemon can't be shiny which makes sense. Been so long since I played this game I forgot about pokemon which were overlevelled. God dammit hahahah

Well there is your issue why the encounters where so high
Prob best is to resort to a backup where you didnt mess with the event flags and get 8 badges
