Double check that you've downloaded and placed the packages folder and the Resources folder exists at this path:
/Users/truecolors/games/pokemon/Arduino-Source/SerialPrograms/../../Packages/SerialPrograms/Resources

Having some problem here again. I falshed my esp32-s3 but it somehow got stuck on connecting...

I found out that my esp32-s3 requires CH343 Driver. Will that be the problem?

That could be one problem.

But the error message says that you have the wrong .bin flashed.
