Hi, I've been using SV Egg Autonomous and frequently encounters the error message, "Failed 3 times in a row", causing the whole program to stop on its own. Apparently, the program has failed to detect the selection hand when making the sandwich. The screen on my OLED switch will be stuck on the sandwich making screen. Is there a bug causing this? Every time I run the program, it will eventually encounter this error after a few hours.
I'm using program v0.33.2 with a ProMicro connected to my OLED switch. I'm using a dedicated laptop for the automation, running Windows 10 Home, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz processor on 8GB RAM. I've been using the same laptop for SwSh and PLA automation before this.

Wondering if this could be a bug or is my setup causing it? Apparently another user faces this issue too, as voiced out in the arduino-chat.

The pc looks quite old. Does the program give you warning during start?
