Hello, I don't really know where to post my incident, I have configured the pokemon automation program with the discord integration so that it publishes the raids in a channel on my server, and it does it perfectly, but then the bot does not respond to the commands that I send you, it appears as offline in the list of users on the right, however, it publishes the raids without problem

there are webhook and bot options, which are different
if you have both set up correctly, you should get two messages for a same notification

You either accidentally set up a webhook instead of a bot, or the bot has permissions to send but not read/view the channel.

I don't have the webhooks set up just the discord integration, the channel where you post the raid messages doesn't have any special permissions it just has everyone and I added it to the bot and let it see the channel I tried to give as well. it has permissions to send messages and read message history, but it keeps posting the raids but doesn't respond to my commands.

That's still not enough to go off of. Assign your bot a role that has correct permissions set, then view server as role via server settings and see if you can see them.
