Got this error on v0.18.16 for quite a few times now. Wondering what I might be missing

Nothing in ErrorDumps

It stucks on the "Invite" screen and eventually gives "Failed to start 3 times" message

Looks like your capture card froze up.

got this error a couple more times today. I wasn't there when it happened but when I got back to check it was stuck at the invite screen out of every time. Because of that and I've replugged my video card to a different slot I doubt it's the video's card problem.
