#Does Nuclei handle throttling in websites scanning?

I ran into an issue when scanning ends abruptly. Still investigating it.
To narrow source of the issue - do you think websites throttling (limiting number of requests per period of time) can cause this? Does Nuclei has any solution for this?

A whole bunch of things can cause this, throttling is one, but actually responding to malicious traffic is another
