im at the point to where its happened to me so much i laugh and move on usually, but the sad truth is, this game, if it ever sees an update will see more streamers, and they will just be targeted and ran out of the game by the same group of people who have been openly allowed to target and harrass others for years and the game will have the same rep it has had for not dealing with cheaters and stream snipers because the same people doing both a couple years ago float around and do both now still with no punishment to basically anyone who streams the game, its why nobody does, because when they do, they get targeted by teams of people who run thumpers and bars and breacher scouts then hide in corners in manners you cannot fight them as a solo and they know it ..... landmark never played the game again after being sniped several times in the first day he played it by a china lake several times , and several other bigger creators left the game for the same reason in the height of its popularity. there isnt ONE SINGULAR EXTRACTION SHOOTER AROUND that survives without streamers, not a single one, not even tarkov would be big without them and the numbers show that everytime they leave tarkov to try a new extraction shooter . you have people making fun of the AC team with the way that they snipe people with targeted names and what not and still dont get in trouble, so i am convinced one of 2 things is going on, The AC team is 100 percent on board and complicit with people harrassing others in marauders and cheating and violating the games rules , or they simply are not capable of doing the job and dont know how to hardware ban serious repeat offenders who have been doing this for literal years now. i am fully convinced at this point that none of the AC team cares, and im getting convinced the core devs dont either because they wont even speak to us in this discord partially because they know how much of a shitshow it is because of the things they allowed for so long
