Just as the title says, please reintroduce random queuing but this time just make it an optional decision you can turn on and off.
I have no friends who play games like this, they all play run n' guns like cod or apex, nor do i wanna beg discord players everytime i want to qeue up. I just want a good fast match where i do have a chance of getting backstabbed but i also get a chance to pop off.

You're much better off just using the Discord LFG channels. A good amount of people complained about being team killed as soon as they loaded in with randoms, back when you could do so.
You can also report players for intentionally TK'ing in the server.

NOTHING AT ALL if you queue you risk your life thats the point, if you want to find a fast match where you kit up with low gear but need canon fodder to make plays. this is for you

First of all, I do not hate this suggestion at all. I know how it feels to be in your shoes my guy.
The thing is, it's removed because of the complaints with TKs (as Bobo mentioned) hence resulting in the feature itself to be removed.
I totally agree with what Terp said but we also have these nice Vanguards (and us, if you want to) that'll play with ya in their free time! Just to help you get on your feet at the very least

but i dont want to play with discorders thats the point, a built in auto queue option just like any other game makes getting into lobbies faster. Plus with the idea you will be backstabbed you will pack light, Discorders dont do that, you dont want to be that guy on a scav run when everyone is packed to push red baron. Plus im new and i intentionally dont want to play with skilled players who are active in the community, i end up getting killed.

You can discuss all of these things in an LFG post. You could even probably find experienced players who would cater to those wants.
You just as easily will find someone who's fully geared and wants to fight red Baron in a random que. Except, now you're somewhat stuck with them so what was even the point? Genuinely you could get all you want with lfgs and would find the same issues you pose in a random que.

youre still ignoring/ignorant of the time itd take whereas random queuing is almost instant in a popular game, we all know this weve all played games with random queue, its a common game mechanic across all games for a reason, why should this game be different? friendly fire? are we 10 years old? do the devs really have to protect the players against other players? I believe a game should be able to be played as is without the need of discord or other apps.
