Helmets aren't strong and most weapons kill in two or one hit.

My point is:
Work on hitpoints and make helmets even more useful and competitive. For example, heavy stahelm will cover your right, left and behind well because it's a thick helmet but shouldn't cover front because there is no protection in front. But heavy PSH helmet will cover your head completely but it will block your vision because of the metal cover in front of your face and the player will take a little bit more damage than stahelm because PSH is thinner than stahelm for sure.

And buff helmets please

I don't think the game needs overly complex armour and helmet mechanics, and it's not really what the devs seem to be going for anyway so I doubt they'll implement something like the OP suggested.

Stronger helmets? No, I don't think we need that either. Why? because helmets are stronger than they used to be. Helmets used to max out at 10 points, now they go to 13. If anything we need to go back to that maximum of 10. Head shots are also weaker now than they were when early access began, they dropped it down to 3.25x (and it was temporarily 3.0 with was a bit too low) from 3.5x.

hard pass. i like the more simple armor system where a helmet just covers your whole head, fuck all that nonsense, eft has been playing with it for 7 years and cant get it reight, hard pass
