There's a wee lil ledge on Spaceport you can jump on. The jump itself seems pretty innocent and almost intended with the bit of concrete jutting out, but the effects are definitely not indeed. A certain blood splatter will smear over your character. My friends noticed I was literally camoed into the wall. As I moved, so to did the camo that was on me.
I have another screenshot on my PC where you can straight up see through my player model like I turn to glass.

there's a few spots like this we should all gather into 1 post. I know the Terraformer vault building and the fenced area by Service A airlock are 2 more spots
edit: I meant walking on ledges that shouldn't be accessible, not camouflaging
