#Remove blowtorch ammo

💡 What is motivating this suggestion?
The blowtorch mechanics as they are don't allow you to repair or refill the blowtorch, despite them having both durability and fuel. The only 'function' this provides is to make finding blowtorches that have enough fuel or durability more rare, which can be fixed by simply lowering the spawn rate. Otherwise, it's unintuitive for new players and frustrating for all players.
💡 What is your proposal?
Take the ammo out of the blowtorch entirely. Maybe also the fire extinguisher? That one's less of an issue since you don't find those in raids and the ones on the ship are always full, but it's still redundant.
💡 Exactly and specifically, what should be changed and how?
Your code allows for melee weapons that only have durability and not ammo. It should be feasible to remove the use of ammo from the blowtorch as well. Assuming that's not feasible directly, the blowtorch could probably be set as a melee weapon. Its range is low enough that there practically shouldn't be a difference in effect.

they need to either remove ammo from it or treat it like the flamethrower and let you refill it or pull out the fuel

agree, its just feels incredibly disrespectful to find one thats 'unusable' because one of the numbers is too far from the other, really unnecessary imo
