Wipes aren't a game mechanic in Marauders and won't be part of the game after full release. They are a technical necessity everytime a major update gets added during Early Access to prevent file corruption. So no you can't keep your levels but because the devs need to wipe them.

Currently unknown but we got not even half of the roadmap to 1.0 done.

They were estimating 12-18 months from the early access release in October 2022 but we're already past the 12 month point and as Warpork said they're around halfway through the roadmap. I wouldn't be surprised if it's another 12-18 months from now before we'll see 1.0 but it could be sooner depending on how development has been moving along. It's probably really tough for them to estimate because the dev team is small and they don't know what other challenges or issues might arise as they move toward 1.0.
