Since the main factions have been receiving their own bosses how about we get one for raiders?

Add a new boss that can be found in raids.
💡 Exactly and specifically, what should be changed and how?
The boss would have a mostly repeating kit. He would wear a heavy PSH helmet and full plate body armor. When it comes to weaponry he would use Heavy weapon variants like the heavy thompson or a heavy mg42 and possibly a new variant - Heavy jackhammer. The Juggernaut would spawn randomly in raids like the commando squad does but much less often. There would also be a possibility of between 0 - 3 other raiders spawning with him to help him kill anyone in sight.
