When u die for bots or players, that they don´t get the captain keycard, u lose the ship. I think, that if they don´t steal the ship, why lose our ship?

where you can buy the ship without it's items in it's inventory back at half price

Because you died and your ship is either docked up somewhere or floating in space destroyed... Makes no sense to get your ship back if no one claims it.
It's like saying, well no one looted body so can I get my items back?
