This isn’t call of duty, the point of extraction shooters is for it to be difficult in some regard. Not that I don’t respect your suggestions but these kind of things really have no place in this genera of game.
It’s already too easy to squad up and dominate a map, these issues are exactly the problems teams need to face in order to function well and make the game go smoothly and keep an identity.

Learn the maps and learn call outs, wear the same colors and clothes or armor. Working together as a team and getting good the maps and the game is part of exit shooters and it helps protect solos or smaller teams from getting absolutely dominated.

Not in favour of any UI elements whatsoever, personally. That said, my buddy and I specifically choose the red suit as a bit of a 'uniform' with the white right arm because it looks unique. It'd be cool if there were more appearance options we could use to give a bit more of a visual clue.

As far as friendly-fire - sorry, but please never do that. One of the few advantages solo players have is the fact that they can consider all targets hostile. If you shoot your buddy, that's on you.

Its supposed to be like that you make ur freind use the same apprence as you along call outs and basically just remembering where they went
