help with 1.21.11

so i have the download plugin installed and the resource pack but when i do /vehicle then some thing like menu so /vehicle menu (btw it didnt like quick finish my command after /vehicle)but when i do it it says an unexpected error happened when executing that command help what is the problem i dont know if like 1.21.11 isnt supported but ive seen the official video 1.21.11 HELP is there like a beta for 1.21.11
