I can't refuel vehicles

Welcome, i have 2.5.0 plugin version on 1.20.1 server, and I can't refuel my vehicles with fuel can, please help!

I click left and right button when i was in the car, because i watch on youtube this is refuel car, and i click when I wasn't in a car, and all don't work (I click it when i have fuel can in my hand)
