Commands "Ban" and "Kick" cant be used

I dont know what caused it. So My friend owns a game and when he tried to type "ban" or "kick" it types until the last letter. I tried to copy an older version of the admin where those commands work but in this game doesn't work. Is there anything that could cause it?
I checked all the scripts and they seem fine.

Yeah, I've used the admin for a long time and NEVER had this issue.

if they were doing it to text boxes already, they'd do it to the roblox chatbar too, if they can't that means it's not a roblox core script

I'm not frustrated lol, it's like funny at the same time as I feel bad for you.

i recommend looking for any potential backdoors, packages that have "require" or "loadasset" in them, some legitimate models use these, like Kohl's Admin/HD Admin/Adonis, but I recommend removing any models from untrusted developers.

However, i looked from what this game has and other games where i tested seemed to be working fine, other admins also dont work, same commands.

if you have a script in your game that allows an exploiter to remotely execute server-side code, then yes

I had an exploiter in my game that was injecting his own 'admin', but I don't believe he was using the actual built in admin.

If in studio i can type kick in the chat and send it but when i try to type kick in admin (in play test) its the same issue. Does it narrow down the variants the issue comes from?

i'd bisect the scripts in your game, (e.g. remove half, see if the issue is gone, remove another half, check, repeat) and then you should eventually figure out what is causing it

so we noticed one thing
when we type "ban" it removes but when i type the same word with capslock (BAN) it keeps well
