#Mute, kick, and ban commands not working

This has been on-going for HOURS, the only work around is to have the devs manually ban people.
Other commands like refresh, size, freeze, jail, and more are working, just not the main 3 needed.

Although these are only the displays, if typed with the username OR id of the player, it gives the same error.

The admin tries to validate that they don't have a higher admin role through group/gamepass/friend/etc admin before allowing those potentially abusive commands to occur.

Any warnings or errors in f9 console on server?

If not there was one more hot fix pushed recently that would fix another issue and adds warnings to help show why those apis are failing, I'll have a workaround later tonight when I'm back home.

Only errors seem to be from my avatar being in R6

I tried to click enter even with it giving me the error but nothing popped up in the f9 menu
