im not very good at this but if i get that right

you need to create a module script on addons folder (addons folder is in settungs) then you must copy the ExampleCommand (or idk how its called) and then rename the command and the command function from text to whatever you want

"give admin doodle to user" lemme break it down 4 u

uhh give is for tools like lets say you can ive a player a tool
ARG1 is for the user and the to is unnecessary which will make ur command invaild and the user at the end or ARG2 is supposed to be for tools if you want to change leaderstats use ;change ;add ;set or what those commands were for data stuff
