A cute thrift find that was extremely dull, but seems very useful. I've tried creating an edge with whetstone, but it seems I took on an extra hard difficulty blade to start with. Any tips would be appreciated!

not a whole lot to be fair. I managed scissors with a cheap low grit stone + honing iron
