Ok, this is interesting. I thought maybe you were having some sort of scrolling rule issue via css or tailwind, but it appears weirder than that

I turned its orientation to landscape, still nothing, but then...

Refresh the page and it's working

And then it can be viewed in portrait mode again. I haven't scrolled around yet to see if anything else is wonky.
