You should always try to tweak your resume, or at least have different ones for different kinds of roles. Having 1 resume you send everywhere will keep it too generic, especially if your applying to different types of roles, or roles with different requirements.

You don't mention a single programming language in the descriptions of your experience/projects, which is a little odd. It can be inferred (Flask is for Python) but by not specifying a given language, you might be getting skipped over via automated tools/parser/recruiters.

Provide any impact numbers/Quantify your impact. IE how many API calls did your work end up supporting, this will give a sense of impact to a recruiter and also give some evidence you weren't just working on useless stuff, or doing stuff with no impact to the buisness.
