#What is the best way to practise openings

If you're 2000 FIDE, you're probably going to have a lot of trouble getting advice from people better than you here. Don't you have any friends or training partners to talk to?
Or just ask a random titled player who you go against
What do you currently use? Like for a 2000 FIDE, you could probably justify just working through an entire chessable course
Or maybe you can just play blitz games/review them and make your own files over time? That's what I do and I imagine it would still work well for you
You must be joking you are 2000 FIDE and asking for advice here. Ok... Get yourself SCID vs PC and Caissabase. If you can afford, Chessbase and Megadatabase.
There is chessbook.com
If you make a repertoire there, it's free for first 100 moves
