#I just downloaded the game and it won’t let me play

When I downloaded and clicked on the app it loaded me into a fresh new account, then one second later it asked me if I want to load in my level 30 account. I clicked load ofc then it keeps saying
“Server Error.[AcquireSecurityTokenError - BAD TOKEN]”
