What does more damage with a better fire rate? I'm putting it on my scorpion
ultimate storm has more effective range
havocs tend to be lethal under maybe 75m
and then feels like you're breathing on the enemy above 150m
ultimate storm can lob shots at almost like 300m away and still hit quite hard
