#Clan Leaders needs to set privilege rights (chat / ban / promote .. etc)

A leader of a clan 'needs more control' over the clan we need to work heavily on the dynamics so we have options. Give feedback what a leader should be able to do.
Leaders needs massive Privilege Rights to control all of the clan
For the chat
- Show all / new commands for chat for leaders / co leader only
- I want leaders / co leaders to have 'kick', 'pilot permanently ban'
- Ranks below Co leader so Senior members 'shouldn't have kick/ban rights' [unless granted from leader / co leader]
- I want leaders / co leaders to 'mute' a member for (5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 day, 1 week) if they spam / nuisance.
- Senior members should be able to create events [if a leader / co leader grants it]
- I want leaders / co leaders to increase the character limit in chat it caps out [should be doubled], have swear filter, set filters etc
- make leaders have the ability to make special messages stand out from other messages so they know it is an announcement. (Could be a warning to a member) <color=red><size=14>@Ghosious - First Warning</size></color> is a nice for a warning make it so members cant use color codes in chat
Within the Clan Section
- I want leaders / co leaders to setup an 'Event Reminders' / Event section in clan (This will help members stay informed)
- I want members to see Tip of the Day (TOTD) / Message of the Day (MOTD)
- I want members to see Clan Events set by leaders
