Maybe I'm just extremely stupid (probably)
Woke up about an hour ago, did my morning stuff and went to login to the my games site to collect this mornings free item (150 modules) click on it, select my platform etc etc put in my player id and it says I've already collected it... But I haven't.
Logged out, cleared browser cache reopened internet and tried again to the same effect. Tried going to my games support and unless I'm missing something the only support options they have are for actual monetary purchases which helps me none. I've had similar issues trying to collect the regular free items that aren't part of the winter calendar too. I'm not a ftp player bc I do purchase items in game but not often enough to be considered ptw either so I rely on things like this more often than not. Is there anywhere I can go to seek actual help on this matter or am I essentially just out of luck?
